SOME NOTES ABOUT HEALING
A good friend shared the following information with me about God and healing. I thought it would be a good idea to share it with you. If you don't like it, that's fine! Don't read it. But if it makes a difference in your life, then I praise God for it. I wish we as Christians could really understand what God was trying to do for us when He gave us Faith. I think we are like the story of the old man who was given a new Cadillac and for years he used the Cadillac with 2 horses hitched to the front of it. He had hundreds of horse power under the hood, but he did not understand how to use it. I feel we are that way about Faith, we just don't know how to use it! How sad! I hope this helps!
1. WE NEED TO CAST OUR BURDENS ON THE LORD:

2. WHO IS OUR GOD?
A. PS. 68:35 - HE IS AN AWESOME GOD WHO GIVES US HIS STRENGTH AND POWER.
B. ISA. 43:1-3 - HE IS WITH US. DEUT. 31:6 & 8 - HE IS WITH US AND GOES BEFORE US.
C. PS. 34:19 - HE DELIVERS US.
D. 1 JOHN 4:16 & PS. 136:1 - HE IS A GOD OF LOVE, GOODNESS, AND MERCY.
E. ROM. 4:20 & 21 - HE KEEPS HIS PROMISES AND IS ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ( LUKE 1:37 )
F. HEB. 13:8 & MAL. 3:6 - HE STILL PERFORMS MIRACLES, EVEN COMPLETE HEALING..
3. WE NEED TO REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE COMPLETE HEALING:
A. ISA. 55:11 - HIS WORD (PROMISES TO US) WON’T COME BACK VOID.
B. HEB. 6:18 - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE.
C. HEB. 11:1, 11 CORN. 4:18, ROM. 4:17, MATT. 21:21, AND LUKE 8:48 - FAITH WORKS!!!!!!
4. GOD’S WORD TO CLAIM ABOUT HEALING:
A. EXODUS 15:26
B. PS. 103:1-5
C. ISA. 53:5
D. JERM. 30:17
E. 1 PETER 2:24
5. THINGS WE NEED TO DO:
A. JERM 33:3 - CALL ON HIM, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK (MARK 4:24)
B. MARK 11:24 - ASK (PS. 30:2), BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED!! (TO ME THIS IS ONE OF THE KEYS FOR A MIRACLE.)
C. PS. 37:4 & 7 - GIVE HIM YOUR TRUE DESIRES AND WAIT ON HIM
D. PHIL. 4:6 & 7 - GIVE IT TO HIM IN PRAYER, KNOWING THAT WHAT WE ASK FOR HE WILL GIVE US ( 1 JOHN 5:14 & 15 )
E. PS. 105:1 - WHEN GOD ANSWERS OUR PRAYERS WE NEED TO THANK HIM AND SHARE WHAT HE HAS DONE WITH OTHERS.
6. MY PRAYER FOR YOU:
A. PS 34:7 - FOR THE LORD’S ANGELS TO ENCAMP AROUND YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
B. DEUT. 31:8 - FOR THE LORD TO BE WITH YOU AND GOD BEFORE YOU PROTECTING YOU FROM SATAN AND ALL HIS EVIL FORCES. ( MATT. 18:18 & LUKE 10:19 ).
C. PS. 20:4-5 - FOR THE LORD TO FULFILL ALL YOUR PETITIONS AND GIVE YOU THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART.
PS. 91 IS A GOOD CHAPTER TO FOCUS ON AS YOU GO THROUGH THIS. ALSO REMEMBER WHAT IT SAYS IN NEHEMIAH 8:10 - THE JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH.
